These 750 sf modern cottage rentals have an urban style interior with 2 bedrooms that are located on opposite sides of the main living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat screen and large closet. The master has its own en-suite bathroom with an Italian style shower. The second bedroom has 2 bunk-bed, which can sleep 4 people.
The living area has a sofa, gas fireplace and a flat screen.
The open kitchen is fully-equipped. In between the kitchen and the living room is a contemporary dining table that seats 6 people.
Sliding glass doors from the great room open up to the back terrace which has a dining table that seats six people, a bbq and a private hot tub.

In the event of the client's early arrival, BEL AIR TREMBLANT will do its best, as far as possible, to ensure that the accommodation is ready prematurely. If you arrive before 5 p.m. on the premises, a pre-check-in will take place, you will have access to the facilities of the Club House but we cannot guarantee that the chalet will be available before 5 p.m.
In the event of a late arrival of the client, please call the reception on the day of your arrival, before 5 p.m., to obtain instructions for a late check-out.
When checking in, to get the door code, you must provide your ID and the credit card used when booking, for the withdrawal of the deposit.
“NO SHOW” or no presentation of the customer: In the absence of a message from the customer acknowledging receipt, specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the accommodation becomes available the day after the scheduled date of arrival, at 10 a.m.
The entire payment for the services will not be refunded and no change of date will be possible. The reservation will therefore be lost.
DEPARTURE:
Departure after 10 a.m.
The customer must leave his chalet no later than 10 a.m. Under no circumstances may he claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period.
In case of delay, a sum of $50 per 15 minutes will be retained.
If the customer is more than one hour late, BEL AIR TREMBLANT reserves the right to charge an amount equivalent to one additional night at the rate for the reserved season.
Early departure:
No reduction will be granted in the event of early departure.
Occupants:
The BEL AIR TREMBLANT site is a private domain, reserved exclusively for its customers.
The number of occupants cannot exceed that indicated in the booking confirmation. In addition, only customers identified during the reservation can occupy the rented property.
No other guest is permitted to stay in the rented property without the prior written permission of BEL AIR TREMBLANT.
BEL AIR TREMBLANT reserves the right to terminate the rental without compensation or reimbursement of any amount in the event of violation of these provisions relating to the number and identity of occupants.
Wristband:
Upon check-in (or the next day if done remotely), identified occupants will be given a wristband that they will wear throughout their stay if they wish to have access to the facilities and amenities of the Bel Air Tremblant resort such as the Club House, the swimming pool, the farm, the tennis etc...
Failure to wear this bracelet will prevent access to the aforementioned equipment and amenities.
Security deposit / Guarantee:
A security deposit between $500 and $1500 will be paid on the day of arrival, by the same credit card as the one we have on file.
In this respect, it is expressly provided that:
- the customer's identity must correspond to that of the credit card with which the reservation was paid.
- the person in whose name the reservation has been made must appear in person at the time of check-in.
If one or other of these conditions is not met, access to the accommodation cannot be given and no refund of the stay will be made.
In addition, the security deposit cannot under any circumstances be paid in cash or by debit card.
Its amount is:
Pods/Domes/2 bedrooms $500,
3 bedrooms $1000,
4 bedrooms $1500.
This amount will be released within one week, after the client's departure, possibly less items replaced or additional cleaning which may be necessary when cleaning the accommodation.
In general, the security deposit may be subject to total or partial retention in the event of non-compliance by the customer with this contract.
Household tasks:
The accommodations are made available to customers in a perfect state of maintenance.
A control of the rented places is carried out at each departure, during the cleaning of the accommodation.
The premises must be left in a good general state of cleanliness.
The customer will have to clean the kitchen appliances, wash and put away the dishes, replace the furniture and moved objects.
If additional cleaning is required, a minimum amount of $75 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Liability in the event of loss, theft, deterioration:
BEL AIR TREMBLANT declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of personal effects, both in the accommodation or the Club House, and in the common areas of the BEL AIR TREMBLANT site.
The same applies if you forget personal effects inside the accommodation when leaving the premises.
Liability in the event of an accident:
Clients and their guests acknowledge and agree that they will use the rental properties in their entirety, all common areas of the condominium as well as the clubhouse at their own risk.
They undertake to waive any legal action against BEL AIR TREMBLANT, and its employees as well as against any subcontractors for any accident (minor to fatal) or injury that they may have suffered or inflicted on the premises.
By “places” we mean in particular:
- The interior of the rented accommodation, as well as all the private parts of this accommodation such as parking, balcony, etc.
- All common areas of the condominium such as roads, footpaths, suspension bridge, construction sites, etc.
- The Club House inside and out, the sports halls, the spa, the changing rooms, the sauna, the jacuzzi, the swimming pool and the tennis court.
- This applies to all activities on our site, i.e. zip line, archery, farm, buggy, lake, etc.
The customer, if he nevertheless decides to sue one of the parties referred to above, undertakes to pay all the legal costs occasioned by such action.
Code and instructions to enter the accommodation:
During check-in, the instructions and the access code to the accommodation are given to the client. In case of late arrival, they are sent to him by email.
The customer acknowledges that it is his full and entire responsibility to keep the code received during his stay.
In the event of loss, a new code may be issued but ONLY DURING CLUB HOUSE OPENING HOURS. Outside opening hours, the customer cannot request the allocation of a new code, even if he cannot access the accommodation.
Similarly, in the event of loss, and impossibility of access, the customer may not demand any reimbursement or compensation of any kind whatsoever.
Animals: Only small dogs are now accepted in Bel Air (less than 10 kilos).
Call to reserve as no online reservations will be accepted with a dog!
Additional fixed costs of $75 will be added to the price of your stay. For a stay of 3 days, an amount of $25 per day will be added. The amount of the security deposit will also be indexed by $100 on your regular security deposit. Dog owners agree to cover all damage caused by their dogs with their security deposit or with their credit card if the damage exceeds the deposit.
Bel Air will not be able to accept your dog if he emits noise pollution in your presence or in your absence or if he has disruptive behavior. The customer agrees to accept to leave without any refund if nuisances are observed during your stay. Dogs must be leashed at all times in public areas of the resort. Owners are required to watch and control their dog to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests.
Owners should clean up after their dogs and dispose of excrement in a bag that will be thrown in the trash.
Owners must take their dog out of the accommodations during the cleaning for our teams.
Dogs are not allowed in common areas such as Ekki Sushi, Ono spa, swimming pool.
Parties and events:
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large gathering in the accommodation. Any small committee meeting must comply with the rules set out in these rules.
The consumption of alcohol must be reasonable and not cause any disturbance to the neighborhood or any damage of any kind whatsoever.
Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the immediate termination of the contract, the expulsion of customers, as well as the withdrawal of the security deposit.
Smoking:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in our rentals.
In the event of non-compliance with this provision, BEL AIR TREMBLANT reserves the right to invoice the sums necessary for cleaning and sanitizing the accommodation and all the movable objects that make it up, such as furniture, curtains, linen, carpets.
The cost of sanitation can be very high and exceed the amount of the security deposit. In this respect, it is recalled that the customer will be fully responsible for the actions of the occupants of the accommodation.
Consumption or possession of illegal or illicit substances:
The consumption or possession of illegal or illicit substances is strictly prohibited in the properties of BEL AIR TREMBLANT and constitutes a manifest violation of the rental agreement, resulting in its outright termination, and expulsion. immediately from the occupants, without any refund of any kind.
Flammable substances, explosives or dangerous objects:
It is forbidden for customers to hold or be in possession of dangerous or flammable materials, explosives or dangerous objects, unless they have obtained the prior consent of BEL AIR TREMBLANT. In the event of violation of this provision, BEL AIR TREMBLANT may terminate the rental and reserves all rights of prosecution.
Jacuzzi:
Jacuzzis must be used with calm and respect and their use must not cause noise pollution or nuisance for the neighborhood. It will therefore be forbidden to consume food or alcohol, or to bathe in it while fully clothed.
Hot tubs should also be used according to the manufacturer's instructions, i.e. for hydrotherapy and relaxation.
They cannot therefore be used as bathtubs and it is therefore forbidden to pour or use shampoo, bubble bath, soap or any other product in them.
In case of violation of this clause, a sum of $300 will be withheld from your credit card. In the event of misuse of the jacuzzi, BEL AIR TREMBLANT may collect all or part of the security deposit.
Water Resource:
Our resort runs on water wells and depends on nature.
Be mindful of your water usage and excuse us if the water has a low flow. Mother nature has been capricious for the past few years and power cuts can occur and are totally independent of Belair.
Our resort depends on hydroquebec, the local utility company, to provide electricity.
Recreation:
Any free or paid activity mentioned on the BEL AIR TREMBLANT website, or offered on any other marketing platform, or in an e-mail, may in certain circumstances be modified or canceled without any compensation being requested.
The tennis court is available to guests. Guests must bring their equipment, tennis shoes, rackets and tennis balls.
Due to labor shortages, we may have to limit the scope of our activities.
Security is of paramount importance and as burdensome as it is, we may not be able to provide access to all activities.
Evolution of prices:
Prices are dynamic and may change over the season, demand, supply.
Some customers were able to benefit from promotional offers. Thus, it is possible that for the same stay, customers have paid different prices. Customers who paid the higher price will not be eligible for a refund of the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price. In general, BEL AIR TREMBLANT cannot be held responsible for any difference in cost between two stays booked for the same period.
Wi-Fi Internet Access:
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests inside the house. The owner declines all responsibility in the event of:
- Incompatibility or malfunction related to the equipment used by the customer,
- Disturbances or interruptions,
A password will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival at the premises.
The customer is prohibited, during his stay, from transmitting on the Internet any data that is prohibited, illicit, illegal, contrary to morality or public order and infringing or likely to infringe the rights of third parties and in particular property rights. intellectual, literary or artistic.
The customer also refrains from consulting, directly or indirectly, any content available on the Internet likely to harm minors. The customer is solely responsible for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damage caused to third parties as a result of his own use of said Internet service.
Security:
Whenever guests leave the rental, they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to maintain security of the accommodation and to prevent possible damage.
Breakage and damage:
Any broken object or any damage caused must be reported by the customer to BEL AIR TREMBLANT as soon as possible.
Failure to declare may result in the withholding of all or part of the security deposit.
In order to avoid breakage and damage, the furniture must not be moved, except with the prior agreement of BEL AIR TREMBLANT.
Any furniture moved will result in the deduction of an amount of $100 from the security deposit.
Maintenance and repairs:
BEL AIR TREMBLANT, its agents or subcontractors, have the right to access the rentals at any time, in order to carry out any maintenance or repairs they deem necessary.
Thus, the latter may add, remove or replace any furniture, clean, maintain, repair and carry out the work necessary to meet all types of needs and emergencies, without seeking the consent of the customers.
Authorized agents include, but are not limited to, customer service agents, pool service and repair technicians, gardeners and landscapers, exterminators, and general contractors.
If an emergency situation arises, BEL AIR TREMBLANT or its agents will attempt to inform customers and carry out the necessary repairs at reasonable times, and if necessary in their absence.
Parking:
It is expressly reminded that parking is at the customer's risk.
Guests are permitted to park a maximum of 2 vehicles at any time in the driveway of the property and will respect the neighborhood and its residents by not parking in common areas of the community or on the municipal road, which is considered as a provincial offense and therefore illegal.
If more than 2 vehicles are parked, the cars will be towed and the rental contract may be terminated, without customers being able to claim any refund. Vehicles such as buses, vans (Van), recreational vehicles (such as a caravan or tent trailer) are not permitted to park.

Reception hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Outside of these opening hours, it will only be possible to contact BEL AIR TREMBLANT in the event of an emergency or imperative need, such as major leaks or power cuts.
No partial validation:
If one or more stipulations of these contractual provisions are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will retain their full force. and their scope.
Language of the contract: This contract is written in French. Only the French text will prevail in the event of a dispute.
